LEAFLOW originated from the tea plantations in Pinglin. The founder grew up surrounded by the aroma of tea and the generational tea-making craftsmanship. This upbringing not only left precious memories but also honed her discerning eye for good tea. Therefore, instead of producing many different tea powders, we focus on making finely ground Baozhong tea powder, perfected through generations of craftsmanship.
From the origin and aroma of the tea leaves to the flavor after processing and grinding, we only select Baozhong tea that truly deserves to be made into tea powder. With the meticulousness and perseverance of a matcha artisan, we hope that with every sip, you can still experience the original freshness and charm of Pinglin's tea gardens. We don't strive for more; we simply want to make Baozhong tea powder the best it can be in our hearts.
Orchid fragrance
The most captivating aspect of Baozhong tea is its elegant yet distinct orchid aroma. We meticulously select the most fragrant tea leaves from Pinglin tea plantations and finely grind them into powder. During the grinding process, we carefully control the temperature to preserve the tea leaves' original floral aroma as much as possible. The moment you open the tea caddy, even before taking a sip, you'll be greeted by the fragrance of the tea plantation.
Delicate like matcha
With the spirit of making matcha, we set out to create a tea powder that truly belongs to Taiwan. Finely ground, the tea powder easily blends with water when brewed; a gentle whisk with a chasen can also produce a fine, smooth tea liquid. Gone are the familiar grassy and nori notes of matcha, replaced by a white floral aroma, an elegant tea flavor, and the distinctive sweet aftertaste of Baozhong tea.
Pinglin Single Origin
The tea plantation is located upstream of the Feicui Reservoir and is an important production area for Taiwan Pouchong tea. The fifth-generation tea farmer has grown up with the tea plantation, and their familiarity with tea comes not only from tea making but also from years of accumulated experience. Therefore, we didn't produce many types of tea powder. From the tea plantation to production and grinding, every step has only one purpose: to preserve the most delicate and captivating aroma of Pouchong tea.
Pouchong tea
Wenshan Baozhong is a classic Taiwanese lightly oxidized oolong tea. It boasts an elegant and delicate orchid aroma, a smooth and mellow taste, and a long-lasting sweet aftertaste. This sophistication is not just in the tea's fragrance, but also in the flavor of Pinglin's terroir.
Classic Tea Whisking
2g tea powder + 60ml 70°C hot water Gently whisk with a bamboo whisk and enjoy the pure orchid aroma, grassy notes, and sweet aftertaste of Pouchong tea.
Pouchong Tea Latte
2-3g tea powder + 6g sugar + 200ml milk The tea aroma and milk aroma gradually blend, and the original floral scent of Baozhong tea becomes softer, smooth and mellow on the palate, with a subtle sweetness in the aftertaste.
Refreshing cold tea
2g tea powder + 300ml cold water
Shake well and it's ready to drink. Cold water makes the tea taste even more refreshing, with a light floral aroma and a hint of sweetness.
